What if the library doesn't have the article or book you need? Complete an interlibrary loan request or use the interlibrary loan request option provided within your results in some of the library's databases. Library staff will contact other libraries about availability. Average process time for books is two weeks. Some articles may arrive in 2 to 3 days; however, some will take longer.
