This guide is meant to introduce you to the library and help communicate basic student employee expectations. These expectations will enable us to work as a team. If you have any questions about a certain part of your job, feel free to ask a librarian or refer to the employee handbook behind the front desk (by the headphones).

The John Esch Library, in collaboration with the faculty, facilitates the development of our students by teaching them the research skills essential to lifelong learning, by providing the Lakeland University community access to quality information, and by offering an environment conducive to intellectual growth.
