Use these databases to identify a test to meet your needs and to gather basic information about the test.
How to Use PsycTESTS in ProQuest: Six videos from PsycINFO on Finding Tests, Finding Supporting Documentation, Reliability & Validity, Fees & Permissions, Citing PsycTESTS and Submit Your Test. (1-2 minutes each)
After completing Step 1, search the databases listed below for articles. When specifically looking for additional information on the reliability or validity of a test, add the terms reliability or validity to your search query. For example: "Strong Interest Inventory" and validity.

1. Test reviews in Mental Measurements Yearbook Online and journal articles can connect you to additional sources of information. Examine the sources following each review in Mental Measurements Yearbook Online or in the References section of articles you've found. To determine if articles cited are in a library database, use Full Text Finder.
2. If the item is a book, check our online catalog, Monarch Catalog, to see if the item is in our library. Evening, weekend and online students can request that items in the library be sent to them. Remember, if you can't find the item you need, give interlibrary loan a try. Library staff will work to borrow the item from another library.

Need to locate an article from a citation? Use Full Text Finder. Enter the title of the journal in which the article appeared. Your results will include a link to the appropriate database if the article is available in Lakeland's online library.
